Our plastic hair caps are usually made of LDPE material although we can also offer them in HDPE and PP materials. For those requiring environmentally friendly alternatives, we can also make them using biodegradable or compostable materials. There is also the option of perforation if this is required. The standard size of our hair cap is 0.03x550x320mm or we can customize them.
They are available in many different colors and may also have printing on them. Printing can be up to 8 colors, using flexo or gravure.
They can be tied at the chin to fasten the hair cap more securely.
We are an ISO accredited factory. We have also obtained OK compost certification and have been awarded Hong Kong Green Label for customers who are interested in our biodegradable and compostable products.
hair caps are packed 5000 pieces per export carton and at approximately 20-23kg per carton (actual will depend on customer’s specification). We can ship LCL or FCL (partial or full container), with the optional use of pallets. Other transport options available include airfreight and local door to door delivery. Shipping terms are negotiable and we offer FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP.
